Broker business entity licenses were inactivated in error on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. The issue is resolved, and all licenses听are restored.

The 星空体育app下载 Commissioners met on May 3 in Austin in person for the first time in over a year.听 It was nice to see everyone in person once again.听 Tony Slagle presented the Commissioners with a legislative update, which included two inspector-related bills.

During the听May听Commission听meeting,听rules relating to the Inspector Standards of Practice听(SOP)听were proposed.听These proposed revisions are the product of many meetings of the Inspector SOP听subcommittee and听the work of the entire Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee.听The Commission听also听adopted a听rule which听helps streamline the process for petitioning the Commission for the adoption of rules.听See the full agenda and mate
