The new inspector听qualifying听education and experience听requirements听for real estate and听professional inspector licenses听begin听March 1, 2021.听Applicants who have registered for听qualifying听courses听prior to March 1, 2021, under the previous education requirements,听will have until June 30, 2021, to complete听all听coursework and submit certificates with a completed application under those requireme
